<description>you can start of to note the fact many religous christian sites do delete most of the replies they do not agree with firstly

&gt; “Blog owners can manage or delete any comments that are left on their blog. On WordPress.com, you can manage comments by going to Comments in your dashboard. More information about comment moderation can be found at: http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/03/31/how-can-i-moderate-comments/ ”

on the many Christian internet sites how they think they alone can make the all of the POSTS , THEY EVEN DEMAND THE POSTS on their own site BE WRITTEN TO THEIR OWN LIKING, REALLY RIDICULOUS and they now CLEARLY need to grow up.. and to firstly get used still to the right of the free speech of others, other’s, their right to be heard and to make their own posts ..

UNDER WHATEVER GUISE , EXCUSE, FALSE JUSTIFICATIONS NOW TOO, THE WAY MANY FUNDAMENTAL EVANGELICAL AND SUPPOSEDLY PROFESSING CHRISTIAN CRITICS TRY TO MAKE FUN AT OTHER CHRISTIANS ON THE NET, IN CHURCHES TOO IS SICKENING, A VERY POOR THEOLOGY AND IS SADLY NOW ALSO TYPICAL OF THE MUCH TOO OFTEN FALSE BULLYING, BASHING OF THE OTHERS, OF THE CATHOLICS, OF THE PENTECOSTALS TOO!

<description>We recently viewed your web site and found it impressive with good quality, relevant information pertaining to the business industry.

We are seeking linking partners for our client, www.Home-Business.com, and have an interesting offer for you that may benefit your rankings. This is not your traditional reciprocal linking request as you probably know one way linking is much more effective in increasing search engine rankings.

We are inquiring whether you would provide a link to www.Home-Business.com with the anchor text Home Business preferably from within relevant content. If you have a blog or article section we could provide an article to post and a link from within the article would be perfect.

In exchange, we can offer you the following:

1.	A link from an article on http://www.homebasedbusinessideas.com/ - You can provide the article or our writers can write one on the topic of your choice.

2.	A link from an article on http://www.home-business.com/blog/

3.	An article or editorial on your business or web site published at www.JustArticles.com. This article will provide a link to your URL permanently.

4.	In addition we can give you free access to www.JustArticlesSubmission.com for 60 days with no obligation. You will simply get to use the service at the Pro level for free for your kindness in linking to Home-Business.com

Please let me know if this is acceptable to you.

Sincerely,

Doug Gorman

<description>I like what you have to say about getting support for projects. Too often, software development projects focus on the technical and forget the human factor. Bravo.

One place where I disagree a bit with you. “. . . it is best not to try too hard to bring such folk on board: they are likely to oppose you and undermine the success of the CMS project.” I do agree that some people may never sign-on. In my experience, that is usually a small percentage in a well-run development process. With a little effort to 1. explain why this change is needed, and 2. deeply involving them in the planning can often turn resistance into support.
